Need a little motivation leading a team?

Anyone who’s led a team would agree that getting everyone pulling in the same direction is hard. This morning I ran across this short quiz that reminded me of what can make it so hard:

Yes, resistance! Sometimes that resistance looks like holding onto comfort or limiting beliefs. We can’t (fill in the blank). We don’t (fill in the blank).  When you’re facing resistance, it’s helpful to have some guiding mantra or motivational advice for both you and your team to light the spark and keep it alive.
